Pasadena Unified School District
Mission Meridian supports Pasadena Unified School District within the District’s capital improvement program. Bill Wherritt currently serves as Master Planning Coordinator, supporting development of the District’s Facilities Master Plan, including coordination with District leadership, planning consultants, and stakeholder groups. Here we align capital planning strategies with funding constraints and long-term program objectives. Mission Meridian also provides owner’s representative staffing support, including key roles such as the District’s DSA Inspection lead and Facilities Communications lead, supporting regulatory compliance, program communication, and overall capital program delivery.
Mission Meridian’s work also includes prior support for capital program implementation associated with Measures O and R and wildfire recovery efforts, providing continuity between program delivery and current master planning efforts.

Los Angeles Unified School District
Mission Meridian provides owner’s representative staffing support to the Los Angeles Unified School District, placing experienced professionals within the District’s capital improvement program.
Current placements include licensed design professionals, project development managers, sustainability project and program managers, and environmental hazard mitigation specialists supporting a range of functions including design management, early project planning, sustainability initiatives, and environmental compliance.
These professionals are embedded within LAUSD’s Facilities Services Division and work directly with District teams to strengthen program delivery, support project development, and ensure alignment with regulatory and operational requirements.

Mission Meridian participates in the Los Angeles World Airports capital program as part of the Mentor–Protégé Program, supporting delivery of airport infrastructure initiatives and positioning the firm for expanded involvement in aviation sector program management.

Mission Meridian supports the Los Angeles Community College District through program management partnerships, contributing to delivery of district capital program objectives and ongoing staffing support efforts.

Pomona Unified School District
Mission Meridian supports Pomona Unified School District through a combination of strategic advisory services and targeted staffing support focused on facilities program development and future bond program implementation. This work includes assessment of existing program structures, coordination with District leadership and key stakeholders, and development of recommendations to support long-term facilities planning and organizational alignment.
In addition, Mission Meridian is providing staffing support to assist the District with facilities bond program procurement, helping to establish the framework for engaging program management services.
