Bill Wherritt brings more than 30 years of experience supporting public-sector capital improvement programs across California, including executive leadership roles within the Los Angeles Unified School District, San Bernardino Community College District, and the Pasadena Unified School District facilities programs as well as regional leadership positions at AECOM.
